Please read this section carefully. By requesting a commission, you are agreeing to all statements below.

✦ I retain all commerical rights to any commissioned work and am allowed to post it to monetized sites such as patreon, unless commercial rights are purchased.✦ You can display my work as long as no profit is being made and I am visibly credited.✦ Purchasing commercial rights gives you permission to use my work on sites with profit such as Patreon, OnlyFans, Fansly, Monetized streaming channels, Etc. Or use my work for merchandise.✦ Commercial rights to any project will add a 50% fee of the projects total.✦ Using my work commercially without purchasing the rights will result in you being blacklisted for future requests and legal action may be pursued.✦ You are not allowed to do any of the following with my work:
Draw over, adjust, or modify in anyway
Use as an NFT or put in an AI Database
Trace over or claim as your own workClients who have worked with me in the past before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound by its contents.
Payment
✦ All payments are handled over Paypal invoicing. Work on a project will not begin till the starting invoice is paid.✦ All projects will start with an invoice of 50% of the projects total. After work is completed, the remaining 50% will be invoiced and you will not receive the finished files until the second invoice is paid.✦ Prices shown on this website are subject to change.✦ Any significant changes after the sketch is approved will add charges.
Refund Policy
✦ Requesting a refund will grant you the following amount:
100% if no work has begun
50% after the sketch
20% after rendering has begun
Product delivery
✦ All projects delivered are a digital product and no physical goods are shipped.✦ All files will be delivered through Drive, Discord, email, or WeTransfer.Drive links are not permanent and will remain active for a few months. If your access is lost to a project you would like to recover, contact me for a new delivery option.
